I. Overview of Inconel625(NO6625) Superalloy:
Inconel625 is a solid solution strengthenednickel-based deformed superalloy with molybdenum and niobium as the mainstrengthening elements. It has excellent corrosion resistance and highoxidation performance, and has good tensile properties and fatigue propertiesfrom cryogenic temperature to 980 ° C, and has stress corrosion resistance in asalt spray atmosphere. Therefore, it can be widely used in the manufacture ofaero-engine parts, aerospace structural parts and chemical equipment. The alloyhas good processing and welding performance. Huacheng Jinyan can supply in formof plates, rods, tubes, wires, strips and forgings.

II. Physical and chemicalproperties:
1. Thermal performance:
(1) Melting temperature range: 1290 ~ 1350℃ .
(2) Thermal conductivity: see Table 2-1.
(3) Specific heat capacity: See Table 2-2.
(4) Coefficient of linear expansion: see Table2-3;
2. Density: ρ = 8.44g / cm3.
3. Magnetic properties: non-magnetic.
4. Chemical properties:
(1) Anti-oxidation performance: The alloy hasexcellent high-temperature oxidation resistance. The weight change of the alloyafter cyclic oxidation in air at high temperature is shown in Table 2-1.

(2) Corrosion resistance: The alloy has goodresistance to seawater corrosion, see Table 2-2. The alloy is also resistant tovarious salt solutions. In addition, it has good resistance to the corrosion ofnitric acid and phosphoric acid. It also has considerable resistance to thecorrosion of hydrochloric acid and low concentration of sulfuric acid heatedbelow the boiling point.
