I. Overview of Hastelloy C-276(N10276, 2.4819) :

HastelloyC-276 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenumalloy containing tungsten.

1. Main features:

(1) In the oxidation and reduction state, ithas excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media.

(2) It has excellent resistance to pitting,crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.

III. Physical properties:

(1) Density: ρ = 8.9g / cm3

(2) Melting temperature range: 1325 ～ 1370℃.

IV. Application:

1. It has been widely used in chemical andpetrochemical fields, such as in components and catalytic systems that comeinto contact with organic compounds containing chloride. This material isespecially suitable for use in high temperature, mixed inorganic and organicacids (such as formic acid and acetic acid) and seawater corrosiveenvironments. Other application areas: pulp and paper industry, such asdigestion and bleaching vessels; washing towers, reheaters, wet fans, etc. inFGD systems; equipment and components operating in sour gas environments;reactors for acetic acid and acid products Sulfuric acid condenser; methylenediphenyl isocyanate (MDI); production and processing of impure phosphoric acid.

2. Application: Hastelloy C-276 has been widelyused in most chemical fields and high temperature environments. Typicalapplication areas: flue gas desulfurization systems, pickling and acidregeneration plants, acetic acid and agrochemical production, titanium dioxideproduction (chlorine method), electrolytic plating.

V. Specifications and   Ex-factory status:

1. Classification: Huacheng Jinyan can supplyin form of C-2000（N06200，2.4675）seamless pipes, steel plates, round steel, forgings,flanges, rings, welded pipes, steel strips, wire and supporting weldingmaterials.

2. Ex-factory status: Seamless Tube: solidsolution + acid white, length can be fixed; Plate: solid solution, pickling,trimming; Welded Tube: solid solution acid white + RT% flaw detection; Forging:annealing + turning; the bar is delivered in the state of forging, surfacepolishing or lapping; the strip is delivered after cold rolling, solid solutionsoftening, and descaling; the wire is solid-dissolved and pickled in a disc orstraight strip, solid solution straight polished.
